As Vegetarian Society approved accommodation, Over the Rainbow Wales serves vegetarian and vegan food, using organic, local and fairly traded goods wherever possible. We grow much of our own salads, herbs and veg organically in our gardens polytunnel, we also serve our own home made jams and pickles most of the year. We only use free range eggs. Meals are served in our spacious dining room warmed with a woodburner – we provide healthy home made vegetarian/vegan catering, breakfasts and evening meals (weekends); full catering for groups and workshops. Gluten Free diets also catered for – just let us know.

Lazy Sunday Brunch at Over the Rainbow today. Welcomed as if we are long lost relatives. As always, imagination & inspirational vegetarian/ vegan food, beautifully presented with love and care. As standard, it is not bog standard, and seem unphased by our complex dietary needs! Wonderful use of herbs, spices and own garden produce. Infused with a delightful mix of being deeply rooted in something Welsh/Wales and an intercultural and diversity ethos. Wish you were here to enjoy this too.
