Stay in our well appointed, sumptuous, centrally heated single, twin and double rooms. All with idyllic views of the Welsh countryside from every window, the décor reflects influences of female myths & legends from around the world.
Fuji is a large ensuite double (or twin). Parvati is an ensuite twin (or double) with an extra sofa bed suitable for children. The Single room has an ensuite shower room. Nefertiti & Oya are both double rooms with an extra sofa bed, these two rooms share a bathroom with shower over the bath.
All rooms have:

Fuji Room
The round window… Spacious comfortable Japanese style ensuite room with stripped wooden floors at the front of the house. With fabulous views across the Welsh countryside to the south and west, the round window faces the sunset.
Ensuite shower room with tiled floor. Huge Superking bed (or twin) with luxurious memory foam mattress. TV/Radio/DVD player, DAB radio, writing desk, two sofas.
This room is large enough to easily accommodate an extra single bed if needed.
This room may not be suitable for small children. NB there is no covering on the round window. Pets not allowed in this room. Please contact us to discuss details

Oya Room
Double room with luxurious teak king size bed. This warm and vibrant room is at the front of the house with south facing views.
Separate bathroom across the corridor; shared with Nefertiti room. (Shower over bath)
Extra sofa bed. DAB radio.
If booking this room, you can bring your well behaved pet with you by prior arrangement. A fee of £10 for extra cleaning applies.

Parvati Room
Luxurious, spacious ensuite twin room with extra sofa bed, ample walk-in wardrobe space, TV/Radio (Can be set up as a double room)
This room facing west with views across the gardens, catching the evening sun.
Ensuite bathroom with cast iron bath and shower over. This room is not suitable for pets.
Parvati ‘Daughter of the Mountain’, the richness of hues in her attire as well as her jewels, symbolize her power.

Group Bookings
Looking for a venue for a get together with friends or family? Need a venue to host a retreat? You can hire the house exclusively for your group, either just on a B&B basis or with full catering and the use of the ballroom. The house can sleep 9 or 10 adults in five well appointed bedrooms, plus there are extra sofa beds suitable for children.
Ideally tucked away in rural west Wales, here at Over the Rainbow, you can totally unwind and relax with your friends or family. The large, spacious yet cosy house lends itself well to groups and retreats, particularly with the large lounge and dining rooms on the ground floor.
Your group can gather in the evenings in the communal guest lounge – challenge your friends to a quiz, a game of Scrabble, Mah-jong or Trivial Pursuits or you can simply curl up on the comfy sofas to watch Flatscreen TV with freeview channels or with a book or DVD by the log fire.
The Ballroom, at the front wing of the house, was added in the 1820’s. This is the ‘modern’ addition to the house. It is a light airy space, of approx 60m sq with high ceilings, a wooden floor, good acoustics, a large mirror, woodburner and French doors opening onto the lawn.
