Wi Fi access is available free of charge in the dining room and in some of the bedroom accommodation.

Parking: There is ample, free parking for up to 15 vehicles. There is a secluded parking space for small campervans, but no electric hook-up.  The Entrance gate to Over the Rainbow is less than 10′ wide so vans and motorhomes any wider than this will not be able to access the grounds.

Communal Space:  You can gather in the evenings in the communal guest lounge/library. Challenge your friends to a quiz, a game of Scrabble, Mah-jong or Trivial Pursuits or you can simply curl up on the comfy sofas to watch Flatscreen TV with freeview channels or with a book by the log fire.  In the hallway you will find maps and guides to local walks, information about local tourist attractions to help you plan your days out exploring Cardigan Bay, the Preselis and Pembrokeshire National Park.

Children are welcome, a high chair and travel cot are available.

Pets You are also welcome to bring your well behaved pets, by prior arrangement (Oya room only). The other rooms are retained as pet free particularly for those who have allergies – please see rooms page and booking terms & conditions, or contact us for further information.

Laundry service can be provided for a small charge.

Bicycles can be safely secured.

Group Bookings

You can hire the house exclusively for your group, either just on a B&B basis or with full catering and the use of the ballroom. The house can sleep 9 or 10  adults in five well appointed bedrooms, plus there are extra sofa beds suitable for children.

The large, spacious yet cosy house lends itself well to groups and retreats, particularly with the large lounge and dining rooms on the ground floor.

The Ballroom, at the front wing of the house, was added in the 1820’s. This is the ‘modern’ addition to the house. It is a light airy space, of approx 40m sq with high ceilings, a wooden floor, good acoustics, a large mirror, woodburner and French doors opening onto the lawn.
